Notes: My first sponsored project! Hart's Fabric supplied the pattern and fabric for this make. This is the fastest thing I've sewn in awhile. Even streaming this live I cut and sewed it under 3 hours. I used my serger for the majority of the sewing and used coverstitch for the hems. I mostly stuck to the directions but I'm clear where I divert and none of my changes alter the outcome. I'd probably make it longer if I made this for myself (I was just lucky that Hart's selected size L and it fit me!). And boy do I love watermelon. :)
*A serger is not required to make this dress! And the instructions are geared to the home sewist who does not use one to make it. I talk a lot about sergers, coverstitch, knit sewing and using a home machine throughout the videos.
