Sewing Level: Beginner

Fabric: Knit: I used modern jersey printed by Spoonflower

I made size and View (if applicable): Medium. Scoop neck, knee length, short sleeve.

My mods: None (maybe some sewing) I modified the pocket to be anchored at the waist seam and left the bodice unlined. I added elastic to the waist- see the notes.

Description: Scoop or V neck neck pull-on dress with a circle or half circle skirt. Different sleeve length options.

Notes: I've been looking for a replacement pattern for the Moneta Dress by Colette Patterns. The Moneta is different neckline and has a gathered skirt but this is usually how I made the Moneta (scoop neck short sleeve). I love the idea of a circle skirt so this is a nice update. A pull on knit dress is a go-to during the hot summer!

I was playing fabric chicken and shortened the bodice and skirt as much as possible- wish I'd left an inch on the bodice. I left the bodice a little loose and decided for this high of a waist it needed some cinching so I stitched some elastic to the waist seam allowance using a zig zag after I was done.
