The paperback edition features traditional perfect binding with a matte cover and will be available through Amazon (U.S. link), Barnes & Noble, Blackwells (UK), Booktopia (AU), Indigo (CAN), or request it from your favorite place to buy books, or your library. It will appear on more sites in the near future. Sometimes I will have copies available too.

In other parts of the world you can try your favorite place to buy books!  The Paperback will be available worldwide and you can take it someplace to have it spiral bound if you like.
