Notes:Now- I know you may be suspicious of culottes. My whole stream was too. But by the end I think everyone but one would consider making these or fully wants to! This was one of my more adventurous selections through Needlesharp and I am quite pleased! If you want a skirt without the thigh rub this is a great option. It was VERY fast to sew (I did pre-serge my edges). It's very comfortable with the wide waist and swishy feel.
