Notes:What a fun item to make! Truly a unique project to sew. The pattern pieces are non-traditional in shape but it's all very logical once you identify the seams. The fit is so amazing and it doesn't shift. It's not fussy one bit!

Note that the pattern has you mark the right front for the tie hole but in the directions it is corrected to the left front.

I only used french seams since I wanted the seams to be finished and sewing rayon can be a bit tricky with a zig zag. I also didn't have my serger at the time but I wouldn't have used it for this anyway- that was far too casual of a finish for this lovely item! It fits fantastic. I'd probably only make it a tad longer if I made one for myself.

I had a bit of an issue at the juncture of the Cb yoke seam to the top of the CB so I unpicked it and got it lay flat before I finished it.

Worn as pictured with some Sew House 7 Free Range Slacks in chambray.
