Description: wire-free bralette pattern with wide elastic bra band.
Notes:This was my second time sewing this bra, and pretty much my second time ever sewing a bra. It is very easy to sew and fits me great. I am replacing my old bras with it! The worst part of bra making is wrangling all the supplies (I used a kit for the beige one and a muslin kit for the notions on the floral one) and of course the fitting.
The floral one is using the spoonflower poly crepe de chine. I accidentally cut the higher neckline and it's pretty high. I like the lower one on the beige.
For my next ones, I'll make the band narrower or use thicker elastic. This is nice but I'm getting a ridge along my rib cage when I wear it. The elastic is stout but something about it when it folds pinches my skin over time.
