Notes: I've been making a version of this blouse/shirt for a long time. It's simple, works for any occasion and I wear the heck out of them. It's quick to sew and I always make sure it's up to date with my fitting needs. I make my sloper in a similar silhouette even though that's not a traditional sloper shape. I find it works for most of my needs.
