Notes: 

This is one of my favorite makes for Hart's Fabric thus far- I know surprising, right?). It's a Beginning level project but if you want more challenge, consider pattern matching or embellishing. I spent some time pattern matching the center front and back seams plus all the pockets. I also sewed it completely with flat-felled seams and bound the edge of the facing. (No serger was necessary).

What I'd do different:Raise the back pockets, add lower front pockets and maybe consider flaring the skirt a bit.
