Men's Utility Jacket by Wardrobe By Me Patterns

Hey! I got an affiliate link if you're considering purchasing this pattern or any pattern from Wardrobe By Me! Here it is

Sewing Level: Intermediate

Fabric: Woven (I used a waterproof PU for the outer and a Japanese cotton stretch ripstop for the lining)

I made size and View (if applicable): M

My mods: No waist casing (but I show how to sew it) and no shoulder straps. I also sew the front zipper a little differently and I added an inner zipper chest pocket on the fly that turned out pretty good.

Description: This Utility Jacket is a great 2-3 season jacket for my husband. Lots of pockets, no hood, no sleeve lining so it's not too bulky and it will be great for working out in the yard on our property or in the wood shop. But it would be great around town too!

Notes: This was a a great sew! I added a layer of complexity for my own interest by making it waterproof and using a new-to-me thread to encourage sealing the seams. Other than that, it sews very easily! It looks amazing on my husband too!
